With social-media becoming so popular with different clients such as Facebook and Twitter, Verizon FiosTV has decided to embrace the new phenomena. I think this move for Verizon Fios is pretty smart because it keeps users from turning off the tv and picking up their computer. Now Fios users can check their Facebook and Twitter updates right there on the tv! Fios already had a great media manager option where you could check out videos and different photo albums and now they took their game to the next level with the social media option. Just click on the widgets button on your remote and BAM... facebook in the palm of your hand! So if you own a Verizon FiosTV system, let me know how it works and if it is worth all the hype!
