When technology trends meets health

It seems that eating healthy is new thing to do these days but in our fast paced lives we live, it is hard to look back at the day and remember all the food we consumed.  There are multiple different ways to solve this problem but lets keep it realistic.  When people go eat to eat or make a quick stop on the way home, not everyone has their "food diary" handy.  One thing people now days always have on them though is their cell phone.  And if you are like one of the millions around the world who are on Twitter, this might be just for you.  I found an app called Tweet What You Eat that seems to be pretty legit. Picture 4 This app allows you to tweet in your daily food content along with adding the calories to each item and it will keep a food diary for you on the web!  Pretty simple.  Then when you get home at night you can click on your food diary and see what you consumed throughout the day.  For some like me, you probably won't like what you see.  For others though who are attempting to live a healthier lifestyle, this app could be useful in figuring out some foods or snacks that you might want to cut out of your diet.  So check it out and let me know what you think and good luck!  Below is a quick youtube video to help get you started!
