		<description>I am a big fan of StrengthsFinder 2.0 and in general, learning more about myself in that way.  I worked for Gallup for a time and actually was able to find out my entire 34 theme distribution. It was fascinating. After that though, I only remembered and focused on my top 5. It has brought me greater ability to do what I love!

Mine, if you are curious, are:  Relator, Strategic, Achiever, Positivity, and Developer.  All great things for a Coach! Anissa</description>
